How do I check if my message was sent successfully?

  • 1. Sign in to My Ciqem at /member/login.php.
  • 2. In“Message & Contacts”, click Sent Box.
  • 3. Check for your sent message
  • 4. If your message is in the Sent Box, it means that your message was sent successfully. If your message was not sent successfully, please send your message again.
